Senior Product Designer
We're looking for a long-term collaborator to join us 2–3 days a week as a core part of our product and brand teams — not as an outside pair of hands. Think of it as a long-term seat at the table, with the flexibility of freelance.

Who we are
Kallan&Co is a design studio that helps our clients in their moments of change and growth. We work with Finnish and international clients mostly in tech and AI, shaping products that have to work hard and look good doing it.
What you'll do
You'll be embedded in our team, designing real products end to end:
Design mobile and desktop services with our product and brand teams — as part of the team, not solo.
Own UX and UI work in Figma: flows, screens, prototypes, design library contributions, accessibility.
Prototype and iterate using AI tools, Figma, or whatever else gets you to answers faster.
Join client communications directly — sometimes early mornings or evenings when we're working with Oceania or the US.
UI Animation skills is a plus. Coding / vibe-coding skills are a plus.
What we are looking for
Proven product (UX/UI) design skills — a portfolio with full flows, multiple screens, and shipped work. Messy process files and work-in-progress are welcome.
You sweat the details — Kallan&Co is a design- and detail-led studio. We give design the time and care it needs to actually be good, and we want someone who does the same.
Independence and strong communication — you make decisions, move work forward, and speak with clients without needing a layer between you and them.
A team player — you're not hiding behind your freelancer status. You show up, contribute to the team, and care about the work collectively.
Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity — you don't wait for the perfect brief. You explore, challenge, and iterate with the team.
Strong English, Finnish is a plus.
Remote or hybrid. You can work anywhere, but we wish you can work at least 3 hours in Helsinki time (EET).
